Starting out with an eBay store in early 2005, over the years we have grown to become a TITANIUM POWER SELLER. This is something that we are very proud of.

We now ship directly to customers from our own online store as not everyone is comfortable using eBay. All products are brand new and come with a manufacturer's warranty. Just check the warranty section with each product to find out more.

From our warehouse located in Mt. Kuring-gai on Sydney's upper North Shore, we deliver all over Australia from Perth to Broome to Adelaide to Cairns and everywhere in between. Shipping to regional customers has been a core of our business, and we value your business.

Our focus has always been on delivery good quality Australian products to happy Australian customers. Anywhere, all the time.

We offer competitive pricing and will beat prices advertised by competitors. Please email us with the offer you saw elsewhere and we'll do our best.

Our 3,000ft warehouse located in Sydney carries plenty of stock so you don't need to wait for your order to be shipped. If the product is displayed on the website that means it's in stock. (Can you see how many boxes are behind me in the photos!? We have a lot of stock.)

Based in Mt. Kuring-gai, Sydney, we are an Australian business supporting Australian manufacturers such as OZtrail.

Pickup from warehouse or deliver to your home/office

We have 2 daily pickups from our warehouse which means, in most cases, that your items will leave same day. If you miss the last pickup on the day you order then your parcel will be shipped the next day.

Because we use Australia Post (2pm pickup every day) and Star Track Couriers the deliveries are quick and reliable, but we can't guarantee exact delivery dates or times. We do however provide you with a tracking code. If you need your item super urgently then consider picking it up directly from the warehouse.

You can also pick up from our Mt. Kuring-gai warehouse, but please make your purchase on the website first. We don't have EFTPOS facilities in the warehouse, nor do we have a shopfront. We're a warehouse so please keep that in mind if you want to pick up here.

Choose the Pickup from Warehouse option when you checkout, and tell us when you'll be coming over. This means we can get your product down from the shelves and have it ready to go for you. We don't want you standing there twiddling your thumbs while we drive around on the forklift!

Best times for pickup are between 10am and 2pm. Any other time and we may not be here unless you have specifically arranged this with us.
