Warranty & Returns


Our one wish is that you are thrilled not only with your online shopping experience, but also with the product you've purchased. We ship directly in the manufacturer's packaging, so it is rare that a product is broken. However, stranger things have happened. Not all swans are white!

If you need to organise a return, exhange or refund, here's what to do.

Keep in mind that you are purchasing camping gear. Tents are not designed to be permanent structures, portable chairs are not designed as children's play equipment, swags are not designed for country B&S balls (Well, they sort of are!), and gazebos are not your new car port.

For example, if water ponds on your new gazebo, or it is left overnight outside, it may rip. Warranty is void if there is evidence of water ponding or the gazebo being used as a permanent structure. Also warranty does not cover mis-use, accidental damage or normal wear & tear.

But now to the best part of the warranty process. To save time and postage costs please take PHOTOS of the damaged part and either log a RETURN REQUEST under your account, or email us. If we are unable to determine the cause of fault from the photo's, you may be required to return the item to us.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within a week of receipt), a new part will be shipped to you, or your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will re-imburse your postage cost. Please do not send items COD. We do not accept items sent COD.

Change of mind

If you change your mind you can return goods within 14 days of purchase - provided it has not been opened or used. Please note any postage costs we incurred in sending the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

Transit Damage

We ship directly in the manufacturer's packaging, so it is rare that a product is broken. However, stranger things have happened. Not all swans are white! This is why we offer insurance, our transport companies we use are well respected and are generally very careful, but occasionally things happen in between us and you and damage occurs, this is why we strongly recommend you take out insurance when purchasing the goods. If you don’t take out insurance than I am afraid that this damage will be your responsibility, sorry. Insurance usually costs $2.50 per $100.

Colour selection

Most of the items we stock come in a range of colours. Its virtually impossible to have a picture of every item, in every colour. Therefore if the colours pictured are not in stock, we will substitute a different colour in its place. For speed of order processing we cannot guarantee specific colours. If you are looking for a specific colour or style, please contact us PRIOR to purchase. Sometimes during model changes, there may be a slight difference in design
